On 28 May 2026, the partners of the Creative Motion project held their first online coordination meeting to review the progress of the Creative Engagement Labs currently being implemented across partner countries.
The meeting focused on monitoring the development of the local activities involving older adults and discussing the next implementation steps of the project. Partners exchanged updates on participant engagement, feedback collection methods, dissemination activities, and the preparation of future theatrical sessions.
Particular attention was given to the positive outcomes of the first workshop organised in Greece, where participation exceeded the initial target and participants demonstrated strong interest and enthusiasm for the activities, including interest in future theatrical engagement.
Partners also discussed the importance of collecting participant feedback in order to better understand participants’ experiences, accessibility needs, enjoyment, and engagement with the activities. These insights will contribute to the development of inclusive and adaptable movement activities tailored to different mobility levels.
In the coming weeks, partners will complete the Creative Engagement Labs and continue preparing the next phase of the project activities focused on creative movement and theatrical engagement for older adults.
The Creative Motion consortium remains committed to promoting active ageing, inclusion, creativity, and social participation through collaborative actions across Europe.
